Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated at checkout. During some periods, only in-person pickup will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We require 48 hours to fill your order. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up. Upon receiving the email notification, please call our Elmira office (519-669-4425) to arrange a time to pick up your order.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers and courier information are provided when items are shipped. This information is provided to you when the order is shipped, via the email used when making the purchase. To ensure you receive a tracking number, please provide an email when you make your purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact charmaine@earandhearingclinic.com promptly. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped or fulfilled. For more information, please see our refund policy.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you wish to change the shipping address for your order, please contact charmaine@earandhearingclinic.com promptly. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped or fulfilled.
